<h1>Division One League side Dreams FC have announced Manuel Zacharias as Technical Director.</h1>

<p>The Kweiman based club confirmed Zacharias appointment on Friday after both parties signed the dotted lines at the club's secretariat in Accra.</p>

<p>"Dreams Football Club is delighted to announce Manuel Zacharias as the club’s new Technical Director," the club tweeted.</p>

<p>The Portuguese tactician led Bechem United to win their first major silverware - 2016 FA cup.</p>

<p>But ahead of the 2017 Ghana Premier League he mutually terminated his contract with the Bechem based club.</p>
