According to the presiding judge, Justice Ekow Baiden the prosecution failed to convince the court that Aisha and the other four suspects will interfere in investigation, as stated in the argument opposing the bail.
Ms Huang is also to hand over her passport and other travelling documents to the court registry.
Aisha was remanded in prison custody, alongside four other Chinese nationals, after they were arrested by the Ghana Immigration Service for their alleged involvement in illegal mining in an area belonging to the Volta Resources Company Limited.
