<p>One by one, Dr. Lee pops the raw popcorn chicken pieces out of the patient, making them surface above skin. Once the trio of pops are successfully squeezed from their homes, the famed derm then starts snipping them off with ease. Its a quite methodical procedureand a textbook removal of all three masses.</p>

And the contents look something like the ickiest spoiled milk ever.</p>

<p>In the clip, Dr. Lee first squeezes the cyst to drain its mushy, chunky contents. After squeezing out all she can, the famed dermatologist then uses a curette to scoop out the remaining goop. Finally, she takes a pair of surgical tweezers to the cysts sac, which tears and flakes. But removing all of the sac is essential, as it virtually guarantees the growth will not return. Luckily, Dr. Lee is a pro and gets everything out with ease.</p>

<p>This viral YouTube tutorial, which has more than 38 million views, demonstrates how to use a pen and toothpaste (plus a few extras) to make a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvt2Kufi4c0" id="c8e6f0d2-09cf-305e-a6df-9ffd27600009">  DIY temporary tattoo </a> . While the hack is basically made for a boring quarantine-night-in, the DIY temporary ink is also perfect for testing out new tattoo designs before you call up your choice parlor for the real deal. Plus, the result is waterproof and all.</p>

<p>As the video outlines, the first step is to prep the to-be-inked area by shaving it clean of hair. Then, apply a thick layer of toothpaste to the skin and rub it in. This minty step is said to remove excess oil from the skin and reportedly helps the longevity of your temporary ink. The video recommends Colgate toothpaste, though its unclear if the particular brand has any effect on the final product.</p>

<p>After wiping the excess toothpaste off, grab a marker-like pen and get to sketching your ink. Once you are happy with the design, dust it with face powder or baby powder. This particular tutorial then goes over the design again in waterproof eyeliner for extra staying power, dusting it once more for good measure.</p>

<p>To lock the resulting ink in even further, apply one super thin layer of Vaseline, which is known for repelling water. After drying for 30 minutes, your tattoo is ready to be put through the wringer. That includes pools, showers, gym sessions, and whatever other trouble you could get into.</p>

<p>In the clip, Dr. Lee starts by squeezing the skin concern, popping out some chunky white contents. The blackhead appears to be a blueish hue under the skin, which Dr. Lee says is due to the oxidation of the material inside.</p>

<p>Theres a little sac around it, and thats what I have to try and get out or it could come back, Dr. Lee tells the patient. Though sacs are often associated with cysts, they can form around large blackheads, too.</p>

<p>The famed dermatologist uses a curette to clean out the sac and any remaining material. And she scoops out the gunk like miniature balls of ice cream with the rounded curette.</p>

With a firm squeeze, a tube of straw-like cyst contents comes snaking out in a satisfying fashion. Once the tube of contents is removed, Dr. Lee then digs into the hole to excise the cysts sac. Removing the sac virtually guarantees the cyst will not return, which is the ultimate goal here.</p>

<p>In the comments of clips like this, some fans express distain for the type of tool used, claiming it looks too gruesome or harsh.
