If your Tuesday afternoon needs a boost, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD (a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper) is here with a real stand-out pop. Seriously, her patient has a cyst so large it's sticking out from the top of her shoulder.
For Dr. Pimple Popper 's latest Instagram video, she does more trimming than squeezing or popping but it's no less satisfying. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video: "Shes got the whole world in her shoulder," and honestly, boy does she ever. Seriously, the cyst is so pronounced, it looks like a little globe stuck underneath her patient's skin.
The video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper jumping right into the incision with her scissors. This cyst has camped out on the woman's shoulder long enough-15 years, to be exact-and Dr. Pimple Popper is ready to pop it out once and for all.

You don't have to wait long, popaholics, this video zooms through Dr. Pimple Popper 's extraction process in warp speed. Unfortunately, that means you don't get the doctor's clever commentary or usual chit-chat with her client until the very end. When it does slow back down to normal speed and she has removed the round cyst Dr. Pimple Popper says, "We're going to cut through it, of course we are." Whew.
When she cuts through the exterior of the cyst, you can see the excess keratin and shed skin tissue inside clearly. "The darker pigment because a darker person's skin," she says. "It's all skin contents in there. It's a little wet." Cysts are usually benign, but not something you want protruding from your body.
After this, Dr. Pimple Popper's patient definitely had a huge weight lifted off her shoulders-literally.
