Ghana National College takes first slot in semifinal in NSMQ2017

Ghana National College knocked out Aburi Girls’ SHS and Archbishop Porter Girls’ SHS in the first in series of the quarter-finals to make it to the semifinals of the 2017 National Science & Maths Quiz.

They pulled a total of 50 points to send their contenders packing out of the competition. Aburi Girls’ SHS and Archbishop Porter Girls’ SHS managed to end the contest with 28 and 34 points respectively.

It was a one-sided contest as Ghana National College dominated the competition.

They will clash with the winners of the second and third quarter-final contests for the day in the first semi-final contest slated for Monday, June 27, 2017.

A total of nine schools will make it to the semi-final competition.
