Nine Black Stars starters against Congo miss Uganda test

These are the nine (9) Black Stars who started against Congo, but missing Uganda test on Saturday

Black Stars will be without more than half of the starting XI against Congo in the home and away fixtures when they face Uganda on Saturday in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

Andre Ayew and his junior brother Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp were not invited to the Black Stars for their tie against Uganda in Kampala.

Whereas Christian Atsu, Asamoah Gyan and Jonathan Mensah have been sidelined by injuries.

The five players who started against Congo in Kumasi that are likely to play in this are goalie Richard Ofori, Daniel Amartey, Joseph Attamah Laweh and central midfield pair Ebenezer Ofori and Thomas Partey

Even a closer look at Ghana against Congo in Brazzaville indicates that the Black Stars will be without five of the starters when they face Uganda.

Harrison Afful, Jonathan Mensah, Afriyie Acquah, Thomas Agyapong and Christian Atsu are not available for the Uganda clash on Saturday
