Undefeated Ghanaian boxer Isaac Dogbe has promised his fans of a victory when he clashes with Mexican opponent Cesar Juarez for the WBO Interim Super Bantamweight title early next year.
The 23-year-old will be handed a tough test against the experienced Juarez when both men come face-to-face at the Bukom Boxing Arena on January 6 2017.

Ahead of the game, Dogbe – who has a record of 17 bouts, 11 Kos and no loses – has expressed confidence about his chances, insisting he is bent on stopping his opponent.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Dogbe said: “My opponent has lost five times in his career and I’ll increase it to six on January 6 and nothing is stopping me from doing that.
“This is a matter of a David and Goliath affair in the ring and I am ready for the challenge. I don't care about what Juarez camp thinks of me but I will prove my worth on the night to the people of Mexico.

“I can't miss an opportunity of this nature because I have been waiting for this throughout my career. This is the time to send a signal to the entire world about Ghana's prowess in boxing.”
Dogbe could finally be handed a world title fight if he can win against Mexico’s Juarez.
Juarez holds an impressive record of 20 fights, 15 KOs and five loses.
