Monday Morning Think of the parts of your job you actually enjoy: chatting with your cool work colleagues, plugging away on a challenging problem. Itll put you in a positive mindset for the whole week.

Wednesday Noon Set up three to five things youd like to do over the weekend: dinner with your spouse (book a babysitter!), volunteering at your church (check your sched!), meeting a bud for coffee (text her!).

Friday Afternoon Plan your Monday a.m. now and youll start the week with a sense of control (no scaries!). Including something youll look forward to-like listening to a new playlist-can lower Sunday anxiety too.

The Perfect Sunday!

WHs health and wellness luminaries share their #SelfCareSunday tips.

  • Snooze More Sunday is my day to sleep in while my husband gets up with the kids. Letting my body wake up naturally puts me in a good mood the rest of the day. -Kate White, MD, MPH
  • Take an Actual Off Day I have a joke that my Sunday workout is couch side planks. The harder you train, the more time you need to devote to recovery. -Ben Bruno, strength coach
  • Keep Sunday Night Low-Key I hit up my 5 p.m. yoga, cook a ton of veggies, avoid alcohol, and am in bed by 10. I start off Monday like Ive already won the week. -Robin Berzin, MD
