2) Sydney Lotuaco WH: What did you eat for breakfast on Bachelor In Paradise? SL: Usually scrambled eggs, guacamole, sauted veggies, and iced coffee with almond milk . When I needed something sweet, Id have peanut butter and a banana. WH: How did this differ from your usual go-to breakfast? SL: Usually I have a smoothie for breakfast every day. Im a big fan of celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque and always have one of her Fab 4 smoothies for breakfast (protein, fiber, fat, and greens). I didnt have access to this, so went with eggs and avo instead. WH: Do you follow any specific diets/eating lifestyle s? SL: I eat most things, but when Im on track, I try to stay to a more paleo diet. I aim for balance and make sure that I eat to sustain myself. I dance and teach fitness, so I eat a quality breakfast and meals that keep my blood sugar stable to keep me energized throughout the day. Getty Images

3) Tahzjuan Hawkins WH: What did you eat for breakfast on Bachelor In Paradise? TH: For breakfast, my go-to were these delicious breakfast tacos that had eggs and protein. And I would always add a side of avocado and fruit, to get my healthy fats and sugar in because calories burn fast in Paradise. WH: How did this differ than your usual go-to breakfast? TH: The difference for me was night and day! I have found a lot of success with intermittent fasting. Typically my first meal of the day isnt until 2:00 PM, so eating early in the morning was an adjustment. WH: Do you follow any specific diets/eating lifestyle s? TH: I dont abide by a specific type of diet or eating style. I think, as a whole, being aware of the food youre eating is most important. Craig Sjodin - Getty Images

5) Annaliese Puccini WH: What did you eat for breakfast on Bachelor In Paradise? AP: While in Paradise I would have egg whites with cheese, pico de gallo, and avocado or guacamole with a side of fruit. The resort makes epic guac so Id eat it with almost every meal. Id also have an iced coffee with coconut milk to give me some energy for the long days. WH: How did this differ from your usual go-to breakfast? AP: I would try to get my breakfasts close to my home-cooked breakfast. Im a creature of habit and tend to get into routines with my food. I eat the same breakfast almost every morningI always try to replicate it as close as possible even when I travel. Ive gotten my mom, grandma, and lots of my friends hooked, too! I cook reduced sodium black beans , two egg whites, shredded cheese from Trader Joes (my fave!), half an avocado, and Cholula. It fills me up and gives me everything I need to get my day started! And coffee! Lots of coffee! WH: Do you follow any specific diets/eating lifestyle s? AP: I dont really abide by any kind of restricted diet. Sometimes I think I could easily be vegetarian , there are so many delicious meat substitutes these days. I dont cook a ton of meat on my own, but I do crave meat and fish every once in a while, especially if Im eating out. I would have a hard time being vegan I love eggs, cheese, and ice cream way too much! Although there are more and more vegan ice creams and cheese coming out... So who knows, maybe eventually I will be vegan. But for now I eat pretty much everything! Getty Images

6) Bibiana Julian WH: What did you eat for breakfast on Bachelor In Paradise? BJ: I tried my best to keep to my regular diet. Staying away from cheesy breakfast burritos was not easy! I mainly opted for two hard-boiled eggs with a side of sliced avocado or papaya. WH: How did this differ from your usual go-to breakfast? BJ: Breakfast was the easiest meal for me to keep consistent with my usual diet. Lunch and dinner, on the other handI had guacamole and chips multiple times throughout the day. WH: Do you follow any specific diets/eating lifestyle s? BJ: I've learned the hard way that I am not a "diet" girl. What works for someone may not always work for me. I've adapted more of an eating lifestyle vs. one regime. I focus on foods that contribute to better mental health, because if you're thinking right, you're making better choices, leading you to feel better in your skin. I keep my eye on my sugar intake , limit the grains and even some carbs that may make me feel bloated or groggy. It's about finding a balance and riding that wave. Craig Sjodin - Getty Images
