What are your favorite type of pimples? If you screamed out blackheads, you're in good company. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , heard you loud and clear, too. Her latest Instagram video is all about the blackheads.

The video begins right in the middle of the pimple popping action. Dr. Pimple Popper is marching along one line of blackheads with her comedone extractor tool in hand.
She squeezes them out one by one. Each blackhead holds a surprising amount of gunk that squishes out on the surface of the skin. Tons of this gunk continues spilling out, but it doesn't slow down Dr. Pimple Popper.
She forges ahead and doesn't stop until all the pores are squeaky clean to her fans' delight. One fan had a smart suggestion: "Does anybody else zoom in to get a closer look? " Tbh you can never get too close to these satisfying pops.
Another fan answered a question that may have popped into your head while watching: "That tool kinda hurts when mashing against your skull. I know from experience."
