Armpits are for deodorant and surprise tickle attacks-not massive cysts, but that's exactly what Dr. Pimple Popper found on her most recent patient.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD lets us in on the case in a new Instagram video. "Time for some lovin touchin and of course... Squeezin," the doctor wrote in the caption, which doesn't really make sense until you actually click on the video. (There's no "sensitive content" warning on this one, but it'll definitely make you cringe).
The video starts with a closeup of the patients armpit with what looks like a macadamia nut embedded under her skin. It's literally right in the middle of her pit, so you know it's got to feel terrible. (She's also clearly shaved her armpits recently, to which I say, ouch!)

Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't waste any time-she cuts to the actual surgery, accompanied by Journeys Lovin Touchin Squeezin playing in the background. (That caption makes a little more sense now, huh?)
Dr. Pimple Popper doesnt mess around with this one. She immediately slices open the cyst and gets in there with her tweezers and scissors. She gives the cyst a little pat with some gauze, squeezes a bit, but nothing happens. Then, she squeezes a bit harder, and that's when the fun starts.
Brownish clumpy stuff that kind of looks like wet sand starts creeping out. The gunk is actually so thick that Dr. Pimple Popper can pick it up with her tweezers. (FYI: All that gunk is actually dead skin cells, that make up a cyst.)
A few more squeezes, some pats with gauze, and the patient is (thankfully) gunk-free-but I'm sure she'll be paying extra attention to her armpits from here on out.
