Cocoyam
1 liter of Vegetable oil
Half a teaspoon of salt

Method
Peel cocoyam and chop in sizable chunks.
Wash it twice and last in salted water.
Heat oil in wok or frying pan for about 3-4 minutes (medium heat to fry evenly).
Carefully drop your cocoyam chips in hot oil.
Remove cocoyam after 5-10 minutes and place in a sieve to remove excess oil.
Serve cocoyam with pepper sauce or vegetable stew.
