In one of her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper has some squishy, juicy lipomas to squeeze from her patient's arm. Lipomas are growths made of fat cells that form under the skin and cause lumps. Though nearly always benign, people do get them removed for the sake of comfort, and Dr. Pimple Popper who is really dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee is a pro at getting them out.

In the video, Dr. Lee's patient has two lipomas in their arm that have to be removed. The dermatologist begins by creating an incision over the top of the bump before taking her hands and squeezing the lipoma free . It slips right out with an audible pop. In fact, they both do. Dr. Lee moves to the second lipoma and squeezes it free as well, and even in the video, the pop is audible. In person, it was so loud that her patient tells her, "I heard that one come out."

While the popping sound is likely enough to make her "popaholic" fans happy, there's also the fact that the dermatologist always allows her viewers to see the growths once they've been snipped free. According to one follower, these lipomas look like "golf balls."
