Dr. Pimple Popper is back with a fan favorite pop: a dilated pore of winer . The dermatologist and TLC host whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee has a patient with a large DPOW (the nickname she gives these oversized blackheads) on his back that she has to extract. Once she starts prying this puppy free, its black head looks just like a large bit of peppercorn.
The video begins with Dr. Lee making a small incision over the top of dilated pore of winer while asking her patient if they're in any pain. Once she finds out they are find, she finishes up the incision and takes her trusty comedo extractor and beings to apply pressure to the pore. The accumulated dead skin has turned black on the surface due to oxygen exposure and as it pops free, it looks just like a peppercorn you'd put into a grinder.
As Dr. Lee continues to apply pressure, more of the contents of the dilated pore come out. In a satisfying ends, the entire contents of the DPOW squeeze out in one single pop.
