According to actor Kit Harington, he had a little bit of trouble with the mechanical buck used in the filming of a scene in the Game of Thrones final season premiere-and nearly damaged one of his testicles in the process.

There was a bit where Jon almost falls off the dragon-swings round really violent like this-and my right ball got trapped, and I didnt have time to say stop, Harington said in Game Revealed, a behind-the-scenes featurette on the making of the dramatic first episode of the HBO series eighth and final season. In my head, I thought, This is how it ends-on this buck swinging me around by my testicles. Literally.

The season eight premiere marked the first time Harington, who plays Snow, had to ride the mechanical dragon-something his co-star, Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys, has done with regularity. While Clarke is an old pro at dragon riding by now, Harrington had a learning curve to overcome-nearly leading to an injury almost as gruesome as those that have befallen so many characters in the famously violent show.

Buck work is not easy, he said.

The near ball-busting is not the only tidbit of information Harington has revealed in recent days amid the buzz about the groundbreaking HBO hits final episodes. The actor also acknowledged recently that he has to to appear taller in some scenes and that he when he took off his costume for the last time. He also of the final season, saying those who feel disappointed by the shows conclusion can go fuck themselves.

If people feel let down by it, I dont give a fuck- because everyone tried their hardest, Harington said in a wide-ranging interview with . Thats how I feel.

Of course, its unclear how the epic series will end. Thankfully, it probably wont be with Jon Snow losing his ball in a dragon accident.
