Ingredients
2 large boiled eggs
Lettuce
Diced boiled potatoes
Carrot, chopped
Baked beans
Mixed sweet pepper, chopped
Celery
Sardine
Spring onions, chopped
Cucumber, chopped
Salad cream
Mayonnaise
Tomatoes, chopped

Method
Wash lettuce and use your hand to roughly break the lettuce into nice small chunks into bowl
Add tomatoes, celery chops, cucumber, carrots
Add the diced boiled potatoes, add the mixed pepper, add some of the spring onions
Add some sardine chunks
Toss all the ingredients in the layers nicely.
Garnish with sliced eggs and carefully spread a generous amount of salad cream and mayonnaise.
