- Ripe pineapple
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Water
- Ice cubes

Method
- Wash pineapple, remove its outer skin and cut into smaller sizes.
- Fill a blender jar or mixed grinder jar with water and add chopped pineapple.
- Blend until smooth and there are no chunks of fruit.
- Strain the fruit puree through a clean mesh.
- Gently press with clean spatula to get maximum juice of the pulp and discard the remains.
- Add ice cubes, pinch of black pepper, sugar, salt and stir.
