How to make Pineapple juice

Ingredients

  • Ripe pineapple
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

    Method

    • Wash pineapple, remove its outer skin and cut into smaller sizes.
    • Fill a blender jar or mixed grinder jar with water and add chopped pineapple.
    • Blend until smooth and there are no chunks of fruit.
    • Strain the fruit puree through a clean mesh.
    • Gently press with clean spatula to get maximum juice of the pulp and discard the remains.
    • Add ice cubes, pinch of black pepper, sugar, salt and stir.
