This car has been found 20 years after it was reported missing; the owner forgot where he had parked it

A car which was reported missing to the Frankfurt police in Germany 20 years ago has now been found.

According to the Independent.co.uk, the owner of the car reported to the police about his missing car in 1997 and they have been on the lookout for it since.

It has now emerged that the man just parked his car somewhere and could not remember where exactly he had parked it.

Reports indicate that the vehicle was found in a garage in an old industrial building that was about to be demolished.

A German regional paper, Augsberger Allgemein reported that the man who is now 76-years-old, was driven by the police with his daughter to be reunited with the car.

However, unfortunately, Frankfurt authorities say “The car can no longer be driven and will be sent to the scrap heap.”

Further reports suggest that a similar development occurred in the same Germany when a man was reunited with his vehicle two years after he parked up and went on a drinking spree in Munich.
