Ghanaian producer GuiltyBeatz produced 3 songs on Beyonce’s ‘The Lion King’ album

The album, titled ‘The Lion King: The Gift’, will feature new songs performed by some of Africa’s biggest artistes.

So far, the biggest news has been about Beyoncé featuring Shatta Wale on her new album.

However, the dancehall sensation is not the only Ghanaian featured on the album.

Ghanaian producer GuiltyBeatz had a hand in producing the song “Already”, which Beyonce featured Shatta Wale on.

The talented music producer also had production credits on two other songs on the album.

They are “Find Your Way Back (Circle of Life)” by Beyonce, and “Keys to The Kingdom” by Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi.

The 14-track album was inspired by the 2019 Walt Disney Pictures film ‘The Lion King’.

This is a sonic cinema. This is a new experience of storytelling. I wanted to do more than find a collection of songs that were inspired by the film. It is a mixture of genres and collaboration that isn’t one sound. It is influenced by everything from R&B, pop, hip hop and Afro Beat,” the singer explains what went into picking the performers and the theme for the album.
