Earlier this year, there were reports that Idris Elba will emerge as the next James Bond, the actor even revealed that he would go for it if offered.
Following the Sony hack, it has been revealed that the Picture Entertainment co-chairman, Amy Pascal is interested in having Idris play the first black James Bond.
According to Daily Beast report, an email from Pascal to the distributor of the Bond films says, "Idris should be the next bond."
The new James Bond movie 'Spectre' is scheduled to be released in 2015.
