Pastor Mensa Otabil is a Ghanaiantheologian, philanthropist, motivational speaker, entrepreneur. He is the founder of International Central Gospel Church headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
Dr. Otabil, 56, is the founder and Chancellor of Central University College, and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Otabil and Associates, an executive and Leadership Growth Consultancy.
