The case of Shatta Wale was called today at an Accra Circuit High court where he has been remanded for one week. The dancehall act with three others has been ordered to reappear before the court on October 26, 2021.
However, there was a scene at the court premises as hundreds of fans of Shatta Wale showed up and were chanting 'Free Wale'. There was a heavy security presence of armed policemen who worked to keep the crowd in control.
