David Beckham has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2015
"It's a huge honor and I'm very pleased to accept," the 40-year-old football superstar tells People magazine after scoring th mag's 30th anniversary sexiest man title.
Beckham has no doubt been considered a sex symbol for over two decades but he is not so sure he's even deserving of the mantle. "I never feel that I'm an attractive, sexy person," he admits to the magazine
Adding that, "I mean I like to wear nice clothes and nice suits and look and feel good, but I don't ever think of myself that way."

However he confessed that when he shared the news with his superstar wife, Victoria Beckham, 41, she was completely on-board.
"I would hope that she feels this way about me all the time anyway!" he says with a shy smile. "But she said, 'Congratulations!' "
