Caitlyn Jenner can be rest assured she is not going to jail any time soon.
Latest reports say the Los Angeles County District Attorney has announced that they would not be pursuing a criminal of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in connection with the transgender star's recent fatal car crash which left one person dead and several cars destroyed.

We'd earlier reported that the officials had carried out an in-depth six month investigation and have finally reached a decision to free the star of involuntary manslaughter charges even though the crash killed Kim Howe and injured several other drivers.
Some inside sources claim the 65-year-old former Olympic champion was terrified she could lose her $5 million fortune as a result of the two lawsuits she’s still facing in connection with the deadly crash. She has reportedly been depositing paychecks from her docuseries 'I Am Cait' directly into a trust account that may protect the money from any civil judgments.

According to Radar Online, Jenner was massively underinsured at the time of the accident — her current plan will only cover up to $250,000. A source tells that site that Caitlyn still "breaks down in tears" whenever the subject of the crash and its aftermath comes up.
