Dancehall musician Livingstone Etse Satekla known in showbiz as Stonebwoy may not be on business terms with his manager Karl Gid if the information reaching

According to sources close to his label, Stonebwoy has parted ways with his manager. Karl Gid was asked by Pulse Ghana to respond to the claim, but did not comment on the issue.

It’s unclear whether they have officially signed documents to confirm their split.

The source also says Stonebwoy’s Road Manager, Sidi Mohammed has taken Karl’s position at the Burniton Music Group label.

Even in a recent press release sent to Pulse.com.gh, the 28-year old singer’s Publicist, Elorm Beenie, addressed Sidi Mohammed as the current manager of the artiste.

We reached Karl to confirm the news but he refused to comment on the issue. When we repeatedly asked whether or not they are working, he said “No issues.”

We have also reached Sidi for comment but have not heard anything so far.

Stonebwoy and Karl have worked together for many years and chalked many successes in the music industry. Under Karl's management, Stonebwoy won several awards including the "Artiste of the Year" award at 2015 VGMA and "Best International Act: Africa" at 2015 BET Awards.

Stonebwoy has also released two successful albums; "Grade 1" and "Necessary Evil" in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
