Mr. Mofokeng resigned this week following the scandal and police have initiated investigations into the matter, according to buzzsouthafrica.com.
It has now come to light that he invited the youngster to a private location to “make her happy”
Police provisional report say the little girl “asked him if this meant that they will be having sex, he said no, he just wanted to make her happy.”
The reports added that Mr. Mofokeng first sent pictures of his private parts to the girl via the internet. “He then asked her for naked images of herself. She recalls sending him eight naked images of herself. The suspect (Mofokeng) uploaded 2GB data onto her cellphone to enable her to upload and send the images to him from her cellphone.”
