'Poor' man marries 3 women at a time, two are blood sisters

Marrying the three women at the same time in the same ceremony was not what took people aback, because it was not unprecedented. The shocking aspect of the entire development was the fact that two of the wives are blood sisters.

Tuko.co.ke reported Ssemanda to have said that the women themselves were well aware of his poor financial standing and yet resolved to be with him.

"They knew that I am not doing very well financially before they got married to me, but they still love me," the ‘hot cake’ said.

Ssemanda wedded Salmat Naluwugge, 48, Jameo Nakayiza, 27, and Mastulah Namwanje, 24, all of whom reportedly have children already.

‘Senior wife’, Salmat Naluwugge, mother of 5, spoke on behalf of her squad, saying "I thank our man for wedding all of us on the same day. To me it's a clear indication that he will not discriminate any of us.”
