The Ghana Police Service and other security agencies are expected to open its doors to people who wish to enlist as officers.
The Deputy Minister of Interior Henry Quartey has disclosed that the security will be recruiting into the various security agencies.

He made this known when he led a delegation of the various security agencies to visit the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament.
"I have the permission from my Minister to inform this august House that plans are in place and that the Ministry is ready to recruit, that is, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana Police Service, Ghana Fire Service and the Prisons Service," he said.
He added that "A formal communique will be sent to Parliament House and for that matter the good people of Ghana will be informed accordingly."
