The Minister of Education, Mathew Opoku Prempeh, has denied calling the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale Central, Alhassan Suhuyini, “a fool” after a near-brawl in parliament Thursday.

The denial follows claims by the MP for Ningo Prampram, Sam George, that Mr Opoku Prempeh called the Tamale Central MP “a fool” which escalated tension on the floor of parliament.
