The suspected murderer of former Member of Parliament for the Abuakwa North constituency, JB Danquah Adu has said he is happy about his transfer from the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) cells to police custody.
The suspect, Daniel Asiedu made this known when he appeared before theAccra District Court on Wednesday, May 4, 2016.
"I am allowed to stretch and interact with others as compared to the BNI custody where I was kept in solitary confinement," he added.
Police Superintendent Francis Baah told the court that the docket on the suspect had been sent to the Attorney General’s office for advice following the completion of investigations.
The court will be able to determine whether suspect, Daniel Asiedu will stand trial at the High Court following advice from the Attorney General.
