Akufo-Addo unveils national cathedral design

He unveiled the designed today [March 6] ahead of the nation's Independence Day parade at the Black Star Square.

The President on March 6, 2017, cut the sod for the construction of the nondenominational national cathedral to serve as a national place of worship and other religious ceremonies.

On March 16 last year, he also inaugurated the board of trustees of the national cathedral project.

He charged them to deliver a formal monumental cathedral for Ghana in record time.

The President told the group of Clergy men and women, to focus on three main areas.
