Ex-Kotoko goalie Soulama Abdoulaye bed ridden in Burkina Faso

Soulama Abdoulaye has been hospitalised in Burkina Faso and is undergoing treatment after losing his eyesight.

Former Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak goalie is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Burkina Faso.

He is on admission at the Regional Hospital Centre (CHR) in Banfora

And according to the Governor of the Cascades region in Burkina Faso, Soulama has lost his eyesight.

Moreover, the doctors haven't been able to offer him proper treatment to assure his release from the hospital.

Soulama Abdoulaye joined Asante Kotoko in 2007 and helped them win four league titles and FA Cup before he had two seasons stint with their rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak

He has been an active member of the Burkina Faso national football team since 1998
