Emmanuel Adebayor visits a prison in Togo

The skipper of the Hawks of Togo is calving a niche for himself as a Philanthropist

Emmanuel Adebayor who has shown keen interest in giving back to the society visited the Civilian prisons in Togo and donated some items to the inmates.

The former Arsenal and Manchester City striker has been embarking on a nationwide tour to put smiles on faces of the less privileged in the society in Togo and was therefore honoured by the chiefs of kpalimé for his examplary life.

Adebayor who is very appreciative of what his nation has done for him feels it is incumbent on him to give willingly to help solve some of the problems facing the poor and the needy.

The 33-year-old is currently plying his trade in Turkey with İstanbul Başakşehir and he has taken advantage of the off season to embark on social service in Togo.
