West African Football Academy (WAFA) left it late to beat Elmina Sharks at the Sogakope astroturf, while Aduana Stars following defeat at Tema last weekend bounced back with a home win against Great Olympics on Wednesday.

Nuhu Mohammed registered a late minute winner for WAFA in the 86 minute, whereas Brigh Nsiah struck the only goal for Aduana Stars for them to secure all the three maximum points involved.

Elmina Sharks who suffered a home loss against Hearts of Oak, continued to struggle with another defeat against WAFA to make it appear they would need something special to lift themselves from the drop zone.

Gt. Olympics have also gone three games with a point, which is very worrying.
