Inusah Musah has returned to the GPL team for match day 28 after a long layoff
Ernest Adu
He was the reason why Asante Kotoko failed to find the back of the net against Bechem United. He made about five brilliant saves.
Samuel Arthur
The Elmina Sharks left-full will used as a right back in this formation, since Amapdu of Liberty Professionals also excelled in that position on match day 28. Arthur’s runs to support attack was at its best. His defending, tackles and crosses were superb.
Michael Ampadu
The Liberty Professionals left full back made the headlines when he scored a long range goal against Bechem United on Sunday. He was a threat to the defence of the Berekum side throughout the game.
Samuel Sarfo
The Liberty Professionals centre back was very solid in defence and he made occasional runs to support the attack and his long balls also aided his team.
Inusah Musah
The stalwart defender until his injury was the best defender on the local scene, but despite his long layoff he managed to marshal the backline of Hearts of Oak and helped them earn a win against Ebusua Dwarfs. Inusah Musah’s clearances and interceptions were spot on.
Hamza Mohammed
The central midfielder was adjudged the man of the match as his side Bechem United edged Asante Kotoko 1-0. He was the one who dribbled about three players and as a result gained a corner kick for Bechem United, before it was nodded home.
Jackson Owusu
He was the brightest spot in the Kotoko team. He had a very tough contest from the Bechem United central midfielders who were also up to the task, yet he had his way out on several occasions. His tackles and ball distributions were very accurate.
Winful Cobbinah
The playmaker dictated the attacking play of Hearts of Oak and scored the second goal for the Phobians as they handed Dwarfs a 2-1 defeat.
Prince Obeng Ampem
He was the orchestra in the WAFA team when they defeated Wa All Stars 3-0. He was allowed to play a free role and made surging from the left wing and later the heart of midfield. Ampem crowned his good performance with the 3 goal.
Srephen Sarfo
The hard-working striker bagged two goals when his side Berekum Chelsea lost 4-2 at Liberty Professionals. He was a threat to the Liberty Professionals defence line throughout the game.
Derrick Sasraku
The energetic striker for Aduana Stars put up another good performance and crowned it with two goals against Bolga All Stars at Tamale.
