Bechem United held Asante Kotoko to a goalless draw game at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday to deny them the opportunity to go top of the Ghana Premier league table, after league leaders Wa All Stars fell at Sogakope to WAFA.
The Brong Ahafo side seems to have got the antidote to Kumasi Asante Kotoko, following their first round home defeat. They succeeded in knocking out the Porcupine Warriors from the MTN FA Cup in Kumasi and on Sunday, shared honours with the hosts at the same venue.

Zacharias, who is in charge of the dugout of the Bechem based club, thinks he would make several changes in the Kotoko team, if he were the coach of the Porcupine Warriors to power them to league triumph.
"I will give you one answer and it's very simple, if I’m the coach of Kotoko, I will change many things in Kotoko because Kotoko has good players. But coach is coach, philosophy is philosophy,” Zacharias said in a post-match interview.
"Kotoko with another system can be champion. They have everything to be champion."
