Handbag of NSMQ quiz mistress stolen

A handbag belonging to Dr Elsie Effah Kaufmann the quiz mistress of the National Science and Maths Quiz has mysteriously vanished.

The bag was reported missing when the quiz mistress returned to her seat after helping Prempeh College lift this year’s trophy.

Pulse Ghana’s Emmanuel Tornyi reports "that it was stolen when the Prempeh College guys stormed the stage." There was an announcement that the bag was missing at the National Theatre where the grand finale of the quiz took place.

The bag contained her valuables including her phone, workplace ID cards, her car and home keys.

It is unclear if closed circuit television footage of the stage is available to help track the thief/thieves.
