Ghana international, Daniel Amartey made a cameo appearance when Leicester City lost 1-2 against Spanish giants Sevilla on Wednesday in the first leg of the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.

The 22-year-old came on in the 88th minute to replace Marc Albrighton at a time the score line was 2-1 in favour of the hosts, Sevilla.

Pablo Sarabia and Joaquin Correa gave Sevilla a 2-0 lead, but Jamie Vardy reduced the deficit for the English champions in the 73rd minute-the goal make the second tie still open.
