Ghana have further slipped in the latest rating by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).

The four times champions of Africa are ranked 54th in the world, while they are rated 9th on the African continent.

Ghana who are currently in Al Ain in the UAE preparing for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations finished last year in 53rd position, following a poor run of results, having gone five games without a win.

Most countries were not active for the past month, so there wasn't much changes in their places on the ranking.

Argentina, Brazil and Germany still occupy the first, second and third places respectively.
