Passing the sentence, Emmanuel Bart-Plange, the Presiding judge, condemned Emmanuel Harris and cautioned others against such despicable acts.
Police Chief Inspector Faustina Celestina Anaman prosecuting, told the court that in November 2017, at about 1900 hours, the convict saw the victim and a ten-year-old boy from his school assaulting themselves indecently at the school premises.
She said the convict separated the fight and drove the ten-year-old boy away and had anal sex with the victim at the same spot.
According to the prosecution, from that day, the convict chose the victim as his sex partner and repeatedly had anal sex with him at places such as Nkrumah steps, Ackah junction, his room at Akoon and other places.
On January 25, 2018, the victim disclosed what was transpiring between him and the convict to a witness in the case and led the witness to Emmanuel's house.

She added that when the witness confronted the convict on the matter he admitted the crime and pleaded with the witness not to reveal it to anyone.
She said with the assistance of the Assembly Member of the area, the witness reported the matter to the police which led to the arrest of the the convict.
