Reggae musician, Abubakar Ahmed, known in Ghanaian showbiz circles as Blakk Rasta has describe his colleague musician and sympathiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwame Asare Obeng popularly called A Plus for being selfish.
According to him, his colleagues clearly exhibited selfishness because he was not bold enough to stand by his allegations against Messrs Francis Asenso-Boakye and Samuel Abu Jinapor, both deputy chiefs of staff, in a bribery claim.

A Plus considered the said action by the two chiefs of staff as corrupt following which he accused them publicly causing the President to refer the case to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for investigation.

However, the CID cleared the two government officials of any wrongdoing.
In a leaked audio recording, a senior female police officer was heard saying the the final police report was massaged.
The phone conversation between the deputy CID Boss, ACP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah and A Plus calls to question the integrity of the Police’s investigations into the corruption allegation.

Speaking to Pulse.com.gh on the allegations by the sympathizer of the NPP, Blakk Rasta said A Plus reacted in a selfish manner. He said he don't understand why A Plus will backtrack on his earlier allegations against the two deputy chief of staffs.
