Lawyer for the suspect during the hearing of the case prayed the court to grant their client the opportunity to be given medical care as according to them his health was deteriorating.

The plea, however, was granted by the court.

The shooting occurred following a misunderstanding over a parking space after which deceased was sent to the Greater Accra Regional (Ridge Hospital) Hospital Tuesday afternoon in critical condition.

Eyewitnesses said that the mechanic had asked the car dealer to move his vehicle away from where it was parked to make way for others moving into and out of the warehouse.
