Black Stars left frustrated in Congo upon arrival

Reports indicate the Black Stars have been left frustrated for about three ours at the airport after arriving in Congo for the reverse fixture of their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

The reports further indicate that the team have been delayed because their passports  have been in the custody of the immigration for about three hours and are still waiting for clearance before leaving for their hotel in the Congolese capital, Brazzaville.

The Black Stars were held to a 1-1 draw on Friday in Kumasi by Congo who picked their first point of the campaign to put the West African giants World Cup hopes in danger.

In Group E, Ghana are third (2 points) behind Uganda (7) and Egypt (6).
