The KQ Mobile app allows passengers to among other things assess flight schedules, book flights, select the preferred seats, check in at the airport, manage their luggage and contact customer service.

This is Kenya Airways' attempt to incorporate modern technology in its operations and meet the needs of increasingly sophisticated passengers.
