The role of digital technology in ordinary life and business cannot be overstated. Digital tools such as websites, social media account and mobile applications are easier to use, convenient and cheap.

As such, Kenya Airways has developed an app to makes it possible for passengers to manage their flights from the convenience of their palms.

The KQ Mobile app allows passengers to among other things assess flight schedules, book flights, select the preferred seats, check in at the airport, manage their luggage and contact customer service.

This is Kenya Airways' attempt to incorporate modern technology in its operations and meet the needs of increasingly sophisticated passengers.

The app is available for download on the apps stores of all Windows, Android and Apple smart phones.
