Mobile app vs mobile web; which do you prefer?

Both the Pulse.com.gh native apps and the mobile website are growing in overall usage, however, we would like your help to make them better.

In the first of what would be a long-term quest to understand and refine our services, we would like to understand how you access our articles.

From research, total time spent in the digital economy clearly favors mobile apps.

Your smartphone is littered with apps for this and that, but how many do you actually use?

With mobile websites becoming more responsive and with web apps mirroring the functionality of an app, the novelty of visiting an app store often seems like more pain than gain.

We all use apps. All the time. Every time you listen to music on a smartphone, you're using an app. The camera? An app. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Angry Birds… all, umm, apps.
