Hearts' Managing Director appointed as Deputy Communications Minister-designate

Sowah Odotei, who is the MP for La Dade Kotopon Constituency has been a key figure in sports administration since 2007 when he was first appointed as the chairman of the Management Committee of Accra Hearts of Oak.
He has also headed the management team of Kumasi-based King Faisal and is currently the acting Managing Director and board member of Accra Hearts of Oak.
He has vast knowledge in strategic management and finance and his vocal nature has influenced the President of the Republic of Ghana to name his as deputy Communications Minister designate.
He will share the deputy ministerial role for Communications with George Andah, the MP for Efutu Senya West constituency.
Vincent Sowah Odotei will be working with Ursula Owusu, who is the substantive Minister in charge of the Communications if parliament gives him the go ahead after vetting.
