His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has disclosed that he is a staunch supporter of English side Tottenham Hotspur.

Akufo Addo is quoted to have earlier revealed his support for Real Madrid and Asante Kotoko when FIFA President Gianni Infantino paid a courtesy call on him at the presidency.

However, it appears Real Madrid is his Spanish team, while he has his support for Tottenham in England and Asante Kotoko in Ghana.

The President of Ghana is true football person, having played for the Academicals, which was the feeder team of the national teams in the 1960's.
