Andre Ayew grateful for the support during his rehab process

Black Stars player Andre Ayew thanks West Ham medical staff and Ghanaian fans following his recovery from injury.

The former Olympique Marseille player made a record transfer move from Swansea City to West Ham United before the start of the season.

The Ghana international however got injured in his Premier League debut for West Ham against Chelsea on the opening match day of the season.

Following his appearance for West Ham United in the English League Cup game against Chelsea, Ayew took to his Twitter page to thank all those involved in his recovery process.

“I’m really glad that I was able to get back on the field yesterday. I’m so grateful for all the support I received and it definitely kept me driven to recover faster. I can’t thank the medical staff of West Ham enough for the big role they played in getting me back into shape and they were amazing

“@stinvdb I also thank my Doctor Christophe Baudot and physio Jerome Palestri for also helping me when I was in France during my rehab they also played a big role. Most importantly I want to thank my West Ham fans for standing by me and motivationg me when I was down.  And to my GHANAIAN PEOPLES thank you for your prayers and massive support. I’m BACK and I promise to give my all to make all of you supporting me proud!! God bless you.”\
