UD Las Palmas has pulled the option for Kevin-Prince Boateng and extended the contract with the former German U21 national player for a year, according to report by Marca.

Boateng is a hot cake in the La Liga, after bagging nine goals on his La Liga debut for Las Palmas. Clubs like Celta Vigo, Valencia and Real Sociedad have expressed interest in the player.

But Las Palmas who offered him one-year deal with an option of additional one year have reached an agreement to retain their top scorer for another season, according to report by Spanish newspaper Marca.

However, there are other reports that Las Palmas would rather offer KP Boateng a deal up to 2020."If Boateng decides to stay in Las Palmas, then not just for a year." as his adviser told Canarias En Hora.
