Diego Costa scored a late winner against Andre Ayew’s West Ham

Diego Costa’s 89th-minute goal handed Antonio Conte a good start to his Chelsea career, as his charges won 2-1 at the Stamford Bridge on Monday night.

Eden Hazard put Chelsea in front two minutes into the second, before West Ham restored parity through James Collins, but Diego Costa, finished off perfectly from a flick from substitute Michy Batshuayi in the 89th minute to throw the home fans into a wild jubilation.
